Using the website
This website introduces JD Web Develop and provides interactive demonstrations and a project planner. Information is general and may change as services and project scopes are refined.
Concepts and demonstrations
Portfolio projects are original concepts, not representations of real client engagements or proven business outcomes. Demo carts, bookings and enquiries do not make real transactions. Do not enter payment details into a demonstration.
Project enquiries
A submitted brief is an enquiry, not acceptance of a project or a binding quotation. Deliverables, price, timing, ownership, support and third-party costs require a separate agreement.
Creative materials
Website layouts, procedural visual compositions and original concept assets are presented to demonstrate design approaches. Third-party names and materials, where supplied by users in the testing studio, remain subject to their respective rights.
Availability
Features may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Keep a copy of any project brief you prepare. Nothing in these website terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
